Fin is an embodiment of fun, innovation, and neatness. Its unique properties include a single frame size that uses standard components, a range of customization options, an integrated rear suspension, and the ability to fold swiftly for easy storage and transportation. The design features a skewed fin-like profile main frame with pivoted hinges and coupling, a uni-crown design at the front fork & rear extremities, and an adjustable seat post. These options offer flexibility and allow for a personal touch, making the bike a convenient commuting companion.

The bicycle was handmade using mild steel, a resilient and comfortable material. When folded, Fin measures 595mm high, 645mm depth, and 295mm width, with a wheelbase of 1000mm. The bike is fitted with a Sturmey Archer X-RF 8 speed internal hub pair with a 20t sprocket with grip shifter, making it suitable for climbing, speed, and urban riding.

Fin's folding process is simple and user-friendly. The saddle drops down, the handlebar hinge clamp is unscrewed, and the mainframe coupling is loosened. The front wheel is then moved backward and hooked onto the rear frame. Lastly, the left pedal and roller wheel are quickly released, resulting in a compact, portable bike.

The design of Fin was completed between May 2016 and September 2018 in Shah Alam, Malaysia. During this period, one mock-up test frame and two prototypes were produced. The design process involved extensive research on existing folding bike designs, riding comfort, target market, function, and aesthetics. The result is a new method of folding that does not compromise commuter necessity and offers a ride similar to a full-sized bike.
